BLUESHAPE is distributed by AENESA battery systems GmbH, a German company selling and shipping from Germany.
German VAT (19%) is payable on all domestic sales, regardless of the method of payment and
the type of customer, either a business or a professional or just a simple user
without a VAT code.
German customers with a valid VAT account will be able to reclaim 100% of the VAT paid
through their VAT return. Please make sure that you have entered your VAT
number in your account settings.
When selling to European customers, the German VAT is not applied if the VAT code provided is eligible
for intra-EU transactions. We use Europa.EU for VAT number validation: please
check your VAT code here

Orders received from USA customers and to be shipped within the USA will be fulfilled by our Atlanta sales office. VAT does not apply but local state taxes will be added only at the end of the order process by our local sales staff.
