Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from BLUESHAPE, so please take a moment to read and understand our returns policy.

If you decide that you do not want an item purchased from us you can return it for a refund provided it is returned within 14 calendar days from delivery in new and unused condition, complete with all original and undamaged packaging and documentation.

Any claim for missing items or transit damage must be notified to us within 24 hours of delivery as beyond that time we have no recourse with our couriers.

You have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the full amount of the original purchase price. Refunds are usually processed by the same payment method, but occasionally we can arrange them by bank transfer, in which case we will contact you to obtain your bank details.

You can return any item you have previously bought from us by first contacting our support service and providing the serial number of the item and a proof of purchase.
Before sending the product back to BLUESHAPE, you must request a valid RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) directly to our support service. The RMA number is mandatory in order to accept the product back to our facility. Any package that doesn’t have the RMA number to clearly identify it, will be rejected and sent it back to your address at your expenses.
