All card transactions are processed by Stripe, which uses the 3D Secure system for added security (Mastercard SecureCode / Verified by Visa). We do not store card details on our systems.
All transactions on our site are processed in Euros.
Refunds are usually processed by the same payment method, but occasionally we can arrange them by bank transfer, in which case we will contact you to obtain your bank details.
Orders from U.S. customers to be shipped within the U.S. are fulfilled by our Atlanta sales office. Once the order is placed, the follow-up is handled directly in the USA, including payment and invoicing. Multiple payment options will be offered when contacted directly by our sales staff.
Please note that invoicing will only be done in USD and at the USD prices shown on our website, even if the currency has not changed from Euro at the time of order confirmation.
