All card transactions are processed by Stripe, which uses the 3D Secure system for added security (Mastercard SecureCode / Verified by Visa). We do not store card details on our systems.
All transactions on our site are processed in Euros.
Refunds are usually processed by the same payment method, but occasionally we can arrange them by bank transfer, in which case we will contact you to obtain your bank details.
