At BLUESHAPE we offer a repair service for all products that we manufacture and sell.
In the event of a product failure covered by the warranty, the repair or replacement will be carried out free of charge.
In the case of product failures that are out of warranty or generally not covered by warranty, if the failure is due to an event beyond our responsibility, we will offer a repair service at cost: once the item is in our hands and after evaluation, we will inform you in advance with a cost estimate.
We will only carry out the repair after receiving your approval and an advance payment after issuing an invoice.
