Shipments

All orders are shipped from Italy (except those from U.S. customers) and we usually respond to orders within 3 working days. In case of unexpected delays or sudden shortages you will be informed immediately.

Destinations

All shipments to Italian destinations are handled by national express couriers such as GLS, TNT or BRT.
Shipments within Europe are usually sent by road via TNT, while shipments outside Europe are sent by air with FEDEX,TNT, UPS or DHL.
Orders from U.S. customers with destination within the USA are shipped direclty from our North America sales office located in Atlanta, GA.

Dangerous Goods

We ship worldwide but due to the nature of the goods we sell there may be restrictions: Lithium-Ion batteries are considered dangerous goods (DG) and are not accepted by all couriers and not all destinations are available for door-to-door delivery. However, when shipping non-DG items such as chargers, adapter plates and other accessories that do not contain batteries, there are no restrictions and all countries can be served.
If the shipment contains Lithium-Ion batteries, which are DG goods, we can only guarantee delivery to certain countries: during the online ordering process you will be immediately informed whether or not your destination country is eligible for the shipment of batteries. If this is not the case, please contact us and we will look for alternatives, usually via freight forwarders.
We regularly update the list of countries to which DG can be shipped, but if you find any discrepancies please let us know. Please note that some countries only accept DG shipments for door-to-door delivery in certain areas, such as major cities, and in this case you may find that the ordering system does not allow shipments: please contact us in advance and we will try to find a way and make the order possible.

Shipment cost

Shipping costs are calculated based on the gross weight of the order and in consideration of the final destination and the type of shipment, if by road or air. Please note that if the shipment contains batteries, there may be additional DG handling fees, which differ between road and air.

Where do we ship batteries?

It is not possible to ship batteries to all countries because they are Dangerous Goods. At the moment we can ship batteries to the below destinations and in some cases with the restriction to ship only batteries with a capacity not higher than 100Wh. Please note that this list may change in future as couriers improve their networks.
